Tim Adams Wine Dinner

On Saturday, 30 May 2026, Connor’s Restaurant at Clare Country Club invites guests to enjoy an intimate Tim Adams Wine Dinner, celebrating one of Clare Valley’s most respected wine producers.

 

Guests will be treated to a carefully curated multi‑course menu, designed to showcase seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully paired with premium Tim Adams wines.

 

The evening begins with elegant canapés, followed by a citrus‑cured salmon amuse‑bouche, before progressing through courses including sticky pork belly and an indulgent MB4+ Hardwicks premium scotch fillet and concluding with a rich dark chocolate fondant, perfectly matched with a Cabernet Malbec.

 

Each course has been expertly paired to highlight the character and craftsmanship of Tim Adams wines, from the vibrant Skilly Ridge Riesling to the bold and expressive Schaefer Shiraz.
